  • Rejections due to incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the client
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Regulatory Approvals Disclaimer

We provide consultancy and support services only. Final approvals, certifications, and timelines depend on respective regulatory authorities and cannot be guaranteed.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in the following cases:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment
  • Misuse of services
  • Breach of terms and conditions
  • Non-cooperation or failure to provide required documents
